The Jäger Group collects and stores so-called log files, which your browser automatically transmits:

This website is TLS-encrypted to protect your data. 3.5 LinkedIn Insight Tag
Our website uses the conversion tool “LinkedIn Insight Tag” from LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. This tool creates a cookie in your web browser, which enables the following data to be collected: IP address, device and browser properties and page events (e.g. page views). This data is encrypted, anonymized within seven days and the anonymized data is deleted within 90 days.

LinkedIn does not share any personal data with us, but offers anonymized reports on the target group and display performance. LinkedIn also offers the option of retargeting via the Insight Tag. The Jaeger Group can use this data to display targeted advertising outside its website without identifying you as a website visitor.

4.2 Newsletter with Rapidmail
To subscribe to the newsletter offered on our website, you can register using our form. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure. A confirmation email will first be sent to the email address you have provided, asking you to confirm your registration. The registration only becomes effective when you click on the activation link contained in the confirmation e-mail. 4.3 Hubspot
This is an integrated software solution that we use to implement our online marketing activities. These are:

The Jäger Group uses the GoToWebinar software solution from LogMeIn, Inc. to conduct webinars over the Internet. LogMeIn, Inc. is the data controller for the provision of this service and the associated data processing. You can find LogMeIn’s privacy policy here. For the order-related execution of the webinar, we transmit your registration or customer data to LogMeIn, Inc.

Statistical data is transmitted to the Jäger Group during and after the webinar. If you participate in a webinar, ask or answer a question during the webinar, in addition to your registration data, we receive information about the duration of participation, interest in the webinar, the question asked or answer for further customer support or expansion of the user experience.

An encrypted connection is established between you and the organizer of the webinar. The audio or video information transmitted during this session will not be recorded by us. By clicking on “Participate”, you confirm that you will not make any recordings or screenshots of this session.

You can end the session at any time by simply closing the browser window or exiting the program or app. If your contact person ends the session, your participation in the session will also end automatically.

5.2 Application tool Prescreen
As a special service, we also offer you an online application form provided by Prescreen International GmbH, Mariahilfer Straße 17, 1060 Vienna (hereinafter referred to as “Prescreen”). Prescreen operates a job portal under the domain jobbase.io (hereinafter referred to as the “Job Portal”), on which the Jäger Group places job advertisements and receives incoming applications via the application form. You will be directed to the job portal via the link/icon on our website. In order to use the service, you must register and thus enter into a user relationship with the Jäger Group. The registration expires if the application process has been completed for more than 6 months. If you have given Prescreen your consent during the registration process, e.g. to receive their newsletter, the purpose, legal basis and duration of the storage of your personal data may deviate from the requirements set out in section 5.1. 11th Summary of the Joint Control Agreement

The background to the Joint Control Agreement is the operation of a uniform and joint IT system and thus the pooling of resources

  • Each company in the Jäger Group is responsible for providing newsletters and responding to inquiries received via their respective company website.
  • On the website, Arnold Jäger Holding GmbH assumes the obligations to provide information in accordance with Art. 13, 14 GDPR on behalf of the Jäger Group. With regard to data processing resulting from the use of the website, each company is responsible for providing the information in accordance with Art. 13, 14 GDPR.
  • Each company keeps its own processing directory in accordance with Art. 30 GDPR.
  • Arnold Jäger Holding GmbH is the technical operator of the website and is therefore responsible for the technical and organizational measures. The other companies are responsible for the technical organizational measures on site and the proper use of access to IT.
