The production of moulded rubber parts is a highly specialized process that involves inserting precise rubber compounds into specially manufactured metal moulds. Processes such as pressing or injection not only achieve the desired shape, but also ensure the stability and unique elastic properties of the material through subsequent vulcanization. This specialized manufacturing method makes it possible to produce molded rubber parts with precise geometry and outstanding mechanical properties, which are indispensable in numerous applications. With over 40 different rubber moulding machines, a wide range of clamping dimensions and clamping forces and a new liquid silicone production facility at our headquarters in Hanover, we offer our customers almost every possibility for realizing rubber moulding projects.
