Rubber and elastomer profiles manufactured endlessly using the extrusion process are often used as sealing or protective elements. Elastic materials create a sealing function by pressing the material or with the help of sealing lips. Depending on the intended use and purpose and depending on the special requirements, as well as environmental influences, temperatures and restoring forces, our engineers will recommend the right elastomer for you. We use our standard profiles available from stock to provide a quick and uncomplicated solution. Alternatively, we can develop and produce a customized profile or sealing solution for you.

Plastic profiles, on the other hand, are essential components used in many industrial and commercial applications. You can find such profiles, for example, in window frames, vehicles, and in various household and industrial products and applications. Plastic profiles are extremely versatile in terms of shape, color, and cross-section size. In addition, plastic profiles are particularly resistant and remarkably durable against extreme environmental influences. They are cost-efficient, low-maintenance and provide excellent insulation properties, making them the first choice for demanding and sustainable project requirements. In addition, our profiles are largely recyclable, with an increasing focus on the circular economy, sustainability and resource consumption (use of certified plastic recyclates).

In the case of dynamically stressed profile gaskets, we calculate the necessary contact forces and then adjust them specifically using hollow chambers or foam structures. The necessary overlap or sealing stroke can be numerically optimized using FEM analysis. These custom-made products are supplemented by a wide range of standard profiles.
